Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pickles Apparel. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at pickles@halfgeni.us. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond promptly with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
